Sharon, Israel, And Anti-Semitism

<br>"Every government is run by liars and nothing they say should be believed."

Governments obviously have numerous plans that they are reluctant to disclose; thus, they must create some justification to pursue those plans without disclosing their motives.
Creating and Building the Zionist State
Theodore Herzl's dream envisioned the existence of a Jewish state that would eradicate the dangers of anti-Semitism by providing a safe haven for the endangered Diaspora Jews.
Since that vision was based on anti-Semitism the Zionists realized that anti-Semites were the key to their primary goal, the creation and the building of the Jewish state. Accordingly, they collaborated with anti-Semitic leaders who wanted to rid the Jews from their own countries. (1) Zionists knew that this close association had to be suppressed if they were to maintain their credibility
The State Supersedes All Else
Fear of anti-Semitism is a tool the Zionists employ to populate their state. Other factors will arise from time to time but those factors can not take precedence over the primary goal of building the state.
Instead of being the saviors they claim to be, the Zionists are willing to sacrifice Jews if it furthers their primary goal.
David Ben-Gurion stated in December 1938 a month after Kristallnacht, "If I knew it was possible to save all (Jewish) children of Germany by their transfer to England and only half of them by transferring them to Eretz Yisrael, I would choose the latter -- because we are faced not only with the accounting of these (Jewish) children but also with the historical accounting of the Jewish People."
