The Iraq invasion - I'm not calling it a war because a war requires two or more opposing countries' military forces to be fighting against each other. This is one country's massive military might - ok Britain was there too but if we hadn't been there neither would they - obliterating cities and the civilian population of what was a sovereign nation and no matter what we think of Saddam Hussein's actions we had no right to destroy an entire country's infrastructure nor to kill it's population nor to ignore the Geneva Conventions. The whole obscenity being committed by this country in Iraq is a war crime with uncounted individual war crimes being committed within the war, that has been, from its inception, criminal. And something else, Bush didn't just not sign onto the ICC, America was already a signatory to the ICC, Bush rescinded Clinton's signature after taking office the first time.
