Dems Ranked as Less Trustworthy than Repugs in Latest Zogby Poll
In spite of all the republican scandals, people see Dems as having less integrity. Blame the spineless DLC centrists.
By Rob Kall
Okay, so the new Zogby poll reports Bush has dropped in the polls, below 39 again. But people see republicans as having more integrity (35) than democrats (34).
Maybe it's because you can "trust" republicans to reliably sell out the US for corporations or religious fanatics. Maybe it's because the democrats have no spine, no clear leadership, no well defined vision. The democrats desperately need one or several strong, wise, visionary leaders who are willing to be tough with the republicans. Sadly, no such leader exists. [It's not only that, leading democrats are completely devoid of conscious, morality or feeling-- see numerous posts on this site about that-- just their support of the Israelis is proof of that, but on other policy areas, they throw bones to those with a conscience-- but their policy positions are completely immoral and based on getting money-- as someone pointed out-- Hellary stands with Mr. get rid of habeas corpus Graham on violent game content, but doesn't turn a hair supporting policies that kill real people]
The DLC centrists who are holders of much power among the democrats are the reason so few people trust the democrats. They want to call themselves democrats and act like republicans. There's good reason not to trust them or the policies they encourage. It is time to cast them out, to send them along the path of Zell Miller to the republican party, where their true allegiance lies. [This would pretty much vacate the party of pols]
