Note that far right theocratic military fascists support Roberts and Alito for more of same: Wednesday, December 21, 2005 thescreamingeaglejournal.blogspot.com/2005/12/judge-richard-suhrheinrich-to-aclu-up.htmlJudge Richard Suhrheinrich to ACLU: UP YOURS Writing for the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Richard Suhrheinrich said the ACLU's "repeated reference 'to the separation of church and state' ... has grown tiresome. The First Amendment does not demand a wall of separation between church and state." Finally a Court that has the ability and guts to read and interpret the constitution the way the founders intended. With Judge Roberts already on the court and Judge Alito on his way to being confirmed this ought to be upheld. Finally a victory for the people. posted by sarge at 11:30 PM

"Only the courts provide some stray sparks of hope, although they too are now loaded with political sycophants, corporate bagmen and knuckle-dragging throwbacks produced by the Right's decades-long devolution of American jurisprudence." Clown Time
